Ordering

How quickly do we process orders?

Typically, it takes us about 1-3 days to get your order ready for shipping, unless we specify otherwise.

Do you have a size chart?

You can check the specific sizing for each product when making your selection, inside of the description.

Can you use two coupon codes together? 

Sorry, but we're unable to stack coupon codes or mix promotions on the same order.

What if you forget to use your coupon code?

If you've already placed your order, we can't apply the discount retroactively.While we can't add the discount to an order that's already been placed, you're welcome to use your coupon code on a future order, provided it's still valid.

Can you change or cancel an order?

You've got a 24-hour grace period from the moment you make a purchase to request any modifications or cancellations. We strive to fulfill such requests based on our current inventory, but please be aware that this isn't always possible. Keep in mind, orders might get shipped within 24 hours and once a tracking number is assigned, cancellation is no longer an option. For any changes or to cancel, please reach out to our Customer Service team right away, as there's a chance your order could be dispatched the same day you bought it.

 

Is your coupon code not working?

Here are a few things to check:

  • Check for Accuracy: Ensure that the code is entered precisely as shown. Remember, these codes are sensitive to upper and lower case. A good tip is to copy and paste the code when you're at checkout.
  • Expiration Check: Take a moment to verify the terms and conditions of the code to make sure it hasn't expired yet.
  • Item Eligibility: Keep in mind that some of our discounts apply only to certain items. This detail is usually mentioned in the code’s terms and conditions.
  • Unique Code Usage: If your code is a unique one, please note it’s a one-time use code and cannot be combined with other discounts.

We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. You’ll be asked to select a delivery method during checkout.

How can I track my order?

Wondering where your package is? We've got you covered! As soon as your order heads out, we'll email you a tracking confirmation. Haven't seen the email yet? It's a good idea to peek in your spam folder. Still no luck? Feel free to reach out to us, and we'll help you track it down.

What's your shipping policy?

At Bella Blossom Boutique, we work hard to make sure your order arrives quickly and beautifully!

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. Please note that weekends and postal holidays are not considered business days. Shipping and handling is a flat rate of $7.95 per order.
